How to find A Sunshine Farmstay
Driving instructions - take South Coast Highway and about halfway between Albany and Denmark turn south into Thomas Road. Continue 4.5 km along Thomas Road and turn right into Meanwood Road. A Sunshine Farmstay is approximately 700 metres along, on the right.
There are signs at the corner of South Coast Highway/Thomas Road, Thomas Road/Meanwood Road, and at the property.

Booking and Cancellation Policy
Bookings
- A minimum deposit of the first night stay is required at the time of your confirmed reservation. The balance is payable on arrival.
- Deposit payable on confirmation of your reservation can be made over the phone by credit card by the card holder, direct debit, cheque or money order.
Cancellations
- Bookings cancelled at the commencement of, or during occupancy do not qualify for any refund.
- Any cancellations for forward bookings are to be in writing, via email or post, before refunds will be considered.
- Deposits are non-refundable with less than 14 days notice. However, peak season bookings are non-refundable with less than 21 days notice to cancel.
- A deduction of $20/cancellation for administration fees will apply.
